You have 14 days from the receipt of your order placed on www.secondaura.store to request a return.

Conditions:

• The product must not have been worn

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days.

Products purchased during an exclusive drop or on sale are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
