Shipping & returns
Worldwide shipping, 14-day returns.
- Shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Your pair is carefully packed and handed over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivered in 2 to 3 business days in mainland France. For international orders, delivery times and costs depend on the country: they are displayed at checkout.
- 14 days to change your mind. Once received, you can return your pair to us, unworn and in the condition you received it. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Refunded within 7 days. The price of the pair will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Which size should I choose?
The Bekett and Bobby run true to size.
- Stick to your usual size. This is Isabel Marant’s advice, and both models fit the same way.
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Half sizes are not available: if you are unsure, have a wider foot, or prefer a comfortable fit, choose the size up.
- A 5 cm wedge heel. Hidden in the sole, it slightly changes how they feel on your foot: the pair may feel snug at first, but the materials will soften with wear.
